Fast moving, rolling release distributions like Arch Linux get updated once a week on Sunday.
Other distributions like Debian get updated once a month.
Docker
Docker containers are supervised and updated via my deployment of Renovate.
Renovate runs once per day and the proposed updates have to be merged manually mostly.
